E&M Special Needs Construction Services
Because of our unique niche to serve the needs of families by customizing, we have had many requests for "special needs".
Ranches are an E & M specialty. In 2006 we introduced four new ranch plans; the Primrose, Zinnia, Chicory and the Iris. Our subdivisions are designed to allow for ranches with 3 car garages and to meet the needs of individuals requiring all on one level.
Other needs may range from wider hallways for wheel chairs, larger showers with grab bars, taller toilets, mother-in-law suites in another part of the home, to oil pits dug out below the garage floor for someone to work on their car! We have even added on a gymnasium to a house! Truly, we are never surprised, just challenged!
