Venturing where the farm land existed, we found ourselves in Jefferson County. Currently building our third subdivision, Walnut Ridge at Byrnes Mill and developing our fourth, Springbrook Farm in Barnhart (watch for details!), we remain encouraged by the warm reception and strong sales of our homes in these areas. Both staff and subcontractors are the reason E & M has shared the spotlight with some of the best builders in the St. Louis area. Office staff has remained the same for over 20 years knowing most all past and present customers personally by name.
