I would like to thank you for taking a moment of your time to visit our website and learn more about E & M Development Company. As a degreed engineer, quite honestly, my intentions were not originally to build homes.

However, in 1982, I experienced new construction in the residential industry. I had found an endeavor I truly enjoyed! Over many years, now, after many subdivisions and personal acquaintances I have to say E & M has become like one of my children for which I have great pride.

Hopefully, when you come to visit one of our communities and tour one of our displays you will notice a difference, a sense of family awareness, individuality, and pride of ownership.
